f\u00e4llt schwerer als gestern. geht heut auf teer und schotterwegen weiter durch die ebene, an einem kanal entlang, pappelw\u00e4lder rundum. sonst ist nicht viel zu sehen. rast mach ich in quintana k\u00fcrzere, ohne strasse. die f\u00fchrt \u00fcber einem kleinen h\u00f6henzug aus dem tal der rio jamuz wieder r\u00fcber zum rio orbigo, durch eine lauschige dehesa. muss herrlich sein, da zu rasten im schatten der steineichen. bei mir tr\u00f6pfelts da allerdings, also latsch ich weiter.<br \/>\ndem knie gefallen die unebenen stellen garnicht, bleib immer wieder mal kurz stehen, wenns
