target='_new' download>Herunterladen<\/a>\n<p>bin schon lang unsicher, ob ich \u00dc30 km gehen kann.<br \/>\ndabei ist das auf so wegen wie der via de la plata oder dem camino levante und vielen anderen ne &#8216;pflichtveranstaltung&#8217;, und die wege reizen schon lang zum gehen.<br \/>\nalso los.<\/p>\n<p>ging diesmal &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich auf der laufmeile &#8211; richtung s\u00fcden. weil auf der donauinsel\u00a0 gibts am boden kilometermarkierungen und wenn ich auf der insel \u00a0ankomm, steht da ne dicke 14,7 am boden.<br \/>\nheisst: wenn ich bis zur null runtergeh und wieder zur\u00fcck, dann hab ich&#8217;s fast geschafft. nach haus und auf die insel sinds nochmal so 7km zusammen, \u00a0sollte also reichen&#8230;..<br \/>\ndas wetter ist tr\u00fcb, regen ist angesagt &#8211; der kam dann auch &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>den kleinen tagesrukki geschnappt, ein st\u00fcck kalten braten vom wochenende, wasser, regenzeug, keksies und den garmin, die kamera, was warmes zum \u00fcberziehen reingeschmissen, beim penny unten noch ne semmel und ne banane gekauft.<br \/>\nstandard halt, wenn ich auf die piste geh zum \u00fcben.<br \/>\nso hat der rukki an die 5-6 kg.<br \/>\ndas ist gut so.<br \/>\nauch zum \u00fcben. <img src=\"https:\/\/my-blog.mysticlands.eu\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/mrgreen.png\" alt=\":mrgreen:\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em;
