target='_new' download>Herunterladen<\/a>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>wollt versuchen, ob ich 30 km im st\u00fcck laufen kann, weil da bin ich mir seehr unschl\u00fcssig, ob ich das schaff. also erstmal auf die donauinsel und meine stammstrecke, bis rauf zum einlasswerk. da angekommen hab ich umgeplant, weiter stur geradeaus schien mir zu langweilig.<br \/>\nausserdem winkt der bisamgerg mit der elisabethh\u00f6he freundlich r\u00fcber.<br \/>\nda bin ich dann hingelatscht und rauf. steil, auf schmalem pfad bergauf geschnauft, immer wieder pausen eingelegt. na, sooo fit bin ich auch nimmer, die kondition l\u00e4sst schon wieder nach, die ich mir in spanien angelaufen hab. irgendwann wars geschafft, bin oben angekommen.<br \/>\neinr kurze rast auf einem spielplatz eingelegt und \u00fcber holzbalken balanciert. wie das langweilig wurde, bin ich weiter, \u00fcber die leider geschlossene wirtschaft an der gamsh\u00f6he vorbei runter nach hagenbrunn und im bogen an den alten schanzen vorbei nach stammersdorf.<\/p>\n<p>unten in stammersdorf angekommen gings recht schnell zur bim, so heisst in wien die strassenbahn. die geht direkt bei mir zuhaus vorbei und die haltestelle ist genau -na fast genau- vor der haust\u00fcr.<br \/>\ndas ist praktisch, grad wenn du viel gelaufen bist und nimmer magst.<br \/>\nfind ich.<\/p>\n<p>da angekommen, war ich ziiiemlich sehr ko, gerechnet hab ich mit 25 km. pustekochen, waren nur etwas \u00fcber 23, kaputt war ich f\u00fcr 30 und die n\u00e4chsten 2-3 tage hab ich muskelkater gehabt.<br \/>\nhat mich total geschockt, dass so ein &#8216;kurzes&#8217; st\u00fcckerl mich dermassen hinmacht<br \/>\nso ein mist.<\/p>\n<p>war aber alles in allem wieder ein feiner tag und getan hab ich auch was.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1'
