<u>plus<\/u> also lass ich die w\u00e4rmejacke gleich weg und lauf im windhemd los. war ne gute entscheidung, hab ich den ganzen tag nicht gebraucht. fr\u00fchst\u00fcck gabs im linares, der weg &#8211; wie heut die halbe zeit immer auf und ab, mal im nebel, dann wieder wolkenl\u00fccken mit strahlehimmel vom feinstem.<\/p>\n<p><a \/><\/p>\n<p>die gegend erinnert an die wicklow mountains in irland, oder auch die bucklige welt.<br \/>\nim grossen und ganzen gings gut zu laufen, bergauf mit schnaufen und keuchen, bergab mit ausgewaschenen wegen, deswegen war aufpassen angesagt.<br \/>\noffene bars zum rasten waren heut rar, hab mich schliesslich eine stunde vor triacastela in die sonne gelegt &#8211; drum hab ich die halbe iso-matte schliesslich mit &#8211; und hab den marzipanriegel den ich schon von zuhaus mit-trag geschlachtet. schon ne ganze weile vorher ist das fleece im rukki verschwunden, so sch\u00f6n warm war es in der sonne, ein top strahletag.<br \/>\nin der herberge ists wieder sehr ruhig, die meisten sind wohl weiter nach samos gegangen.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-5177
