draussen doch glatt an die k\u00fchle in der herberge angepasst. h\u00e4tt wirklich nicht sein m\u00fcssen, soviel h\u00f6flichkeit&#8230;. nebel ist auch noch, sogar der sonne ists zu kalt die versteckt sich.<br \/>\ngeschlafen hab ich bestens, der quilt bew\u00e4hrt sich auch diesmal. zusammen mit dem seiden liner bum warm.<br \/>\ndie beiden franzosen mit denen ich die letzten tage gegangen bin sind auch keine fr\u00fchaufsteher, zum gl\u00fcck.<br \/>\nmein klamottensetup bew\u00e4hrt sich auch. was hab ich an?<br \/>\nshirt kurz und lang, merino, fleece, windhemd und dr\u00fcber die w\u00e4rmejacke bis ich vom laufen warm bin.<br \/>\ndazu:<br \/>\nu-hose kurz und lang, merino. fleecehose und die membran trekkinghose.<br \/>\nam kopf:<br \/>\nbeanie, merino, dazu nen buff vom aldi\/hofer zum schifahren und laufhandschuhe. damit bin ich supi eingepackt, der rukki bis auf die wechselw\u00e4sche und das sachlafzeug leer und damit herrlich leicht.<\/p>\n<p>werd heut echt nur ne kurz etappe gehen, zur\u00fcck auf den camino real und via bercianos nach burgos ranero und da mach ich schluss f\u00fcr heut.<\/p>\n<p><a vor bercianos:<br \/>\nbin auf betriebstemperatur und zieh die jacke aus. heut ist ne v\u00f6llig andere atmosph\u00e4re wie an den schnee tag auch reduziertes sein, aber v\u00f6llig anders. die welt hat ihr winterwunderspitzenkleid angezogen, es ist ruhig. sogar die autobahn grummelt nur leis.<\/p>\n<p><a knoblauch -eh klar- 2t\u00fctensuppen als sosse, dann noch tunfisch. uuund nen supi schafsk\u00e4s.<\/p>\n<p>die herberge, ein altes adobe haus, wieder sehr lieb gemacht. und als highlight: ein kaminofen so herrlich warm!!! da hock ich jetzt und geniesse die w\u00e4rme im kreuz.<\/p>\n<p><a
